At EMINOX TECH, SL we continue working to combine industrial innovation with respect for the environment. With this aim, we have commissioned a new solar PV self-consumption installation, an investment that strengthens our commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability.
A plant sized to match our consumption
The installation consists of 208 PV modules, with an installed capacity of 123.76 kWp and a rated output of 100 kW. The panels are mounted on the roof of our industrial building on a coplanar (flush-mounted) structure, making the most of the available surface while keeping them integrated with the building.
141,957 kWh of renewable energy a year
Annual production is expected to reach 141,957 kWh of renewable energy, enabling us to cover a very significant share of the electricity used in our manufacturing activity with energy generated at our own facilities. Processes such as cutting, bending and welding are now largely powered by energy produced on the very roof under which the parts are made.
37 tonnes less CO₂ every year
The project also brings a significant environmental benefit, with an estimated reduction of 37 tonnes of CO₂ per year. It is a direct contribution to lowering our carbon footprint, and a figure we make available to our customers for calculating the environmental impact of their supply chain.
Part of our continuous improvement strategy
This initiative is part of our continuous improvement strategy and reaffirms our commitment to quality, innovation and sustainability. We will continue to drive initiatives that enable us to offer our customers high value-added solutions, manufactured with increasingly efficient and environmentally friendly processes.

At EMINOX TECH, SL we are taking a step forward in our growth with the opening of our new facilities, a project that strengthens our commitment to quality, innovation and customer service.
A 2,400 m² workshop designed around the workflow
The new workshop covers 2,400 m² designed to optimise workflows and accommodate state-of-the-art machinery, with dedicated areas for each stage of the production process. The result is a safe, well-organised working environment adapted to the current needs of the industry.
500 m² of offices for our technical and administrative teams
The new offices provide 500 m² of modern, functional space, designed to improve coordination between our technical and administrative teams and to foster teamwork, communication and staff well-being.

More production capacity and tighter lead times
This new space allows us to increase production capacity, shorten turnaround times and offer an even more agile and efficient service. The investment prepares us to take on new challenges, expand our services and continue growing sustainably.
Part of our continuous improvement strategy
These facilities are much more than extra space: they mark the consolidation of our business and reflect the trust our customers have placed in us. With this opening, we reaffirm our commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and excellence. We keep moving forward, with more space, more capacity and the same enthusiasm as ever.

At EMINOX TECH, SL we continue to modernise the processes where every part begins. With this aim, we have installed a new Amada fibre laser, the 3 kW ENSIS 3015 AJ, a technology investment that marks a step forward in quality, efficiency and competitiveness.
3 kW fibre laser for more precise cutting
The new machine delivers greater cutting precision and ensures clean, uniform finishes. A clean edge reduces downstream rework and improves fit-up for bending and welding, so the gains are felt across the entire manufacturing chain, not just in the first operation.
Higher speed and shorter lead times
The production speed of the ENSIS 3015 AJ allows us to shorten lead times and increase production capacity without compromising the level of finish we demand on every part.
Different thicknesses and formats on a single machine
ENSIS technology makes it possible to process different sheet thicknesses and formats without changing the optics. This broadens the design and manufacturing possibilities for our customers and lets us produce very different parts on a single machine.
Part of our continuous improvement strategy
This addition is part of our continuous improvement strategy and the ongoing modernisation of our production processes. We will keep investing in technology that enables us to offer our customers high value-added stainless steel components.

At EMINOX TECH, SL we continue to invest in the processes that determine the final quality of every part. With this aim, we have installed a new glass bead blasting booth, an investment that significantly expands our production capacity and optimises process times.
A booth sized for large-format work
The booth is 10 metres long, 5 metres wide and 4 metres high, giving 50 m² of floor area and 200 m³ of usable working volume. These dimensions allow us to treat complete parts and equipment in a single operation, using glass beads as the blasting media.
Uniform finishes on stainless steel
Glass bead blasting improves the uniformity and surface quality of parts and equipment. The result is a consistent finish across the entire surface, including on welded assemblies and fully assembled equipment, which is precisely where uniformity is most noticeable.
Shorter lead times and greater flexibility
By making our finishing processes more efficient, we shorten lead times and broaden the range of projects we can take on, from small series-produced parts to complete large-format equipment.
Part of our continuous improvement strategy
This expansion is part of our continuous improvement strategy and reaffirms our commitment to quality, precision and customer service. We will keep investing in processes that ensure optimal stainless steel finishes and uphold the demanding standards that define the way we work.
