At EMINOX TECH, SL we continue to invest in the processes that determine the final quality of every part. With this aim, we have installed a new glass bead blasting booth, an investment that significantly expands our production capacity and optimises process times.<\/p>\n
The booth is 10 metres long, 5 metres wide and 4 metres high, giving 50 m\u00b2 of floor area and 200 m\u00b3 of usable working volume. These dimensions allow us to treat complete parts and equipment in a single operation, using glass beads as the blasting media.<\/p>\n
Glass bead blasting improves the uniformity and surface quality of parts and equipment. The result is a consistent finish across the entire surface, including on welded assemblies and fully assembled equipment, which is precisely where uniformity is most noticeable.<\/p>\n
By making our finishing processes more efficient, we shorten lead times and broaden the range of projects we can take on, from small series-produced parts to complete large-format equipment.<\/p>\n
